Immigrant Stories: Past & Present – Storytelling Event

Immigrants founded and built our nation. On November 20, VOXRVA and the Valentine Museum invite the community to an unforgettable evening of Immigrant Stories: Past and Present, a live storytelling event celebrating the courage, resilience and hope of those who have made Richmond—and America—their home.

This event is inspired by the Valentine’s exhibition Generations: Stories of Asian Americans in Richmond. While not required, storytellers are encouraged to incorporate a meaningful object into their narrative.

Please attend as a storyteller or simply as an audience member. The event is free but registration is required.
